Dr. Baker is a board-certified ENT specialist and a former research fellow for the National Institute of Health™. He received his doctoral degree in otolaryngology at Wayne State University.

Donna attended Saginaw Valley State University to obtain a Master of Science in Nursing to become a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is a Certified Otorhinolaryngology and Head-Neck Nurse and a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy.
